Payment
How do I pay?
I accept cash, card, Venmo, and Cashapp payments. Payment is required prior to or at the time of your service.
Do you require a deposit?
I require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total for bridal services, or $50 for personal makeup in order to book and secure your date. This fee will go toward the total cost of your chosen services.
What is your travel fee?
Travel under 30 miles is free.
After 30 miles I follow the IRS reimbursement rate for mileage which is currently 65.5 cents/mile.
Should I tip?
Tipping is not expected, but always appreciated. If you feel that my service is superb, by all means! If an additional artist/assistant is required, an automatic 18% gratuity will be added to your service total.
Booking
How far in advance should I book?
For bridal makeup services I recommend booking at least six months in advance. This allows time to secure your date, discuss the details of your day, conduct a trial, etc. For all other services I recommend booking at least two months in advance
What is the booking process?
Individual makeup services can be booked on my booking page. Bridal services require a free 15-20 minute consultation call. After we discuss your vision and wedding details I will forward a contract. Once I have your deposit and signed contract, you will be booked!
Do you travel?
Yes! I am based in Baltimore, MD, but can travel wherever you need within a 100 mile radius.
What if there is a cancellation?
If a contract must be terminated more than 10 days before the appointment, the client will be responsible for 50% of the total cost of booked services. If cancellation occurs within 10 days of the appointment, the client will be charged for 100% of the total cost of booked services.
When is an additional artist/assistant necessary?
I will generally require an assistant for parties of 7 or more.
Preparation
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Please come to your appointment with freshly washed and moisturized skin free of any makeup products, including sunscreen or tinted moisturizer. Wear a neutral, solid colored shirt. For bridal trials, please bring a photo of your dress!
What do I need to provide?
I ask that you provide a clean “getting ready” area with ample light, table space for me to set up, and outlets available.
